Bringing creativity to the community.
At Educational Gallery Group my love for non-profit work started. As the assistant director on a small team I was given the freedom to explore what interested me in order to improve the business and expand our reach. From creating programs for kids, building unique gallery installations, and streamlining internal processes to a website overhaul and brand refresh, I was able to get a wide range of experience in a relatively short period of time. I learned about my strengths as a collaborator and problem solver and my passion for marketing and communications. Below is just a sample of what I accomplished during my time with this company.
Website Redesign

Company Timeline
Eg2 was founded in 2000 and had a rich history within the local arts community that needed to be showcased. I created this fun story-telling graphic to be featured on the About page and used as historical reference.

Annual Report
When I started at Eg2 in 2017 I was given the task of creating a printed and digital annual report. Although I never created one prior, I got to work researching and reviewing annual reports of local organizations and companies I admired. From there I put my Photoshop, Illustrator, and Publisher skills to use and came up with a creative and fun concept that was brought to life with beautiful photography and thoughtfully curated copy. This was a heavy lift, as all of the written content, graphics, analytics and graphs, were put together and created by myself.

Logo Creation
When updating the Eg2 brand and bringing on new programs, we decided some new logos would help strengthen the visual story of our non-profit. Here are two examples of logos I created that we used for our programs, plus two additional Catwalk logos I created during the process. The Academy logo was a play off the swoop from the classic Eg2 logo – a look that was recognizable within the community and helped us launch our summer art academy.
Monthly Newsletters
Here is just a sample of the robust e-newsletters that would be sent out to our subscribers through constant contact. Each issue features content curated and written by myself with a focus on program results, promotions of upcoming events, exciting news, and a featured artwork in the background that would be revealed at the end of each issue. These newsletters were a fantastic summary of what Eg2 was accomplishing in the community.
Promotional Flyers and Forms
Here are a couple examples of some promotional content and registration forms that I created for our Catwalk Student Fashion Show Program and for our Summer Art Academy. Both items were intended to be printed with digital fillable versions created as well.
Gallery Exhibits
Regional Scholastic Art Awards

I assisted with the gallery layouts, framing artwork, hanging of the show, digital exhibition, event logistics, and promotion of the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Scholastic Art Awards for Palm Beach County. The show featured over 500 pieces of artwork and was held at the Armory Art Center. By far our largest gallery of each year, the opening included an awards ceremony reception for our regional gold and silver key winners, in a variety of artistic mediums.
Pop-Up Galleries at CityPlace

During my time with Eg2, I helped coordinate, design, and hang three pop-up student art galleries in CityPlace, West Palm Beach. While stores were unoccupied, we would take over the space for 2-3 months and hang a unique gallery featuring artwork from students across Palm Beach County. We also held workshops, figure drawing classes, and community events in these spaces.
